| . Droits de l'homme et dialogue interculturel |
| http://www.dhdi.org |

| . Right for All association (Association Droit pour Tous) |
| http://sos-net.eu.org |
| This site is more intended for people that are not jurists, and deals with the law in daily life.
It offers a reading by heading and a search by key-words (for the whole site and not for the heading you are consulting).
This site seems to be updated regularly. However we could expect the heading “passage à l’euro” (transition to euro) to be updated too. This site was created and elaborated by jurists and lawyers. We could also propose a return with our site.

|
| . Droit.org |
| This site proposes an important number of basic texts, European texts with an analytic classification, laws and orders classified by year, and all the codes.
They also propose the official reports of most of the ministries and the collective agreements. These texts are generally comprehensive, but the site does not give any element that could help understanding how these texts apply, which makes it hard for non-jurists to get a real access to them.
There is a heading “aide juridique” (legal assistance) but it essentially refers to the site http://sos-net.eu.org

|
| . Social justice |
| This site offers information about labour law. For instance the “chroniques” (chronicles) propose some reflection texts about some stipulations from the Labour Code, the “dossiers” (files) quite comprehensive about steps or procedures (how to go to the prud’Hommes (court specialized in labour law), or the CDD (temporary job contracts) or also some interesting reflections to understand the figures of unemployment and stand back from the indicators used.

| . Gisti |
| The Gisti is the information and support group of the immigrants. On the site of this association, two headings dealing with law.
“Se servir du droit”(using the law) that proposes a sub-heading “courrier type”(standard mail) that not only proposes standard letters but gives also a good explanation of the procedure before the mail. However, the advice often consists in resorting to a “specialized jurist”. They also propose free consultations, but their number seems limited because of the size of the association.
The heading “le droit” (the law) that pretends to be intended for the jurists is interesting because the Gisti puts at the visitor’s disposal the texts of law and the argumentation used by the association to contest their legality to the “Conseil d’Etat” (the French highest administrative court).

| . Admi.net |
| The site is in English. This is an ambitious site, that pretends to give an access to the legislations from all countries. Its access can appear a little complex, because of its exhaustiveness. Many links with other juridical sites. This site is trying to organize a link on mediation, but focused on the United States and still under construction.
Careful!, for the links with the different countries, some are not updated or do not work (e.g. Venezuela, last update 1999, at the time of the Constituent Assembly and Madagascar, the link does not work). An ambitious site, but that possesses the limits of its ambition.

|
| . Légifrance |
| This is the government’s site. Useful for the texts of law and, among others, those that are still under discussion or project. This allows people to apply to their deputy . The texts compiled are recent (since 1990), but this site also proposes the French codes and Constitution.

| . Internet network of solidarity IRIS |
| http://www.iris.sgdg.org |
| Navigating on this site is easy, fast and pleasant. IRIS protects the general principle of an absolute freedom of speech, that should not, in any case, be subject to prior authorization. The assessment, if the case arises, of the illegal or noxious nature of an information has to be the judicial authority’s responsibility. The site puts at the internet users’ disposal a certain number of documents and texts of law dealing with the using and regulating of the internet, presents the mobilization campaigns (AMI, non-mercantile internet, cybercriminality…).
