ADECOM is an association for community development, which was created in 1988. It focuses on two main issues: education and popular economy.

The organisation’s programme “Civics, Gender and AIDS” was established to train and supervise a broad network of non-professional legal consultants.

It also set up a “Literacy Course” to raise awareness and teach people about law.
